The apartment’s main living area has a clean spacious feel to it with double doors that lead out onto a private balcony with views up the valley to Chamonix, the Aig di Midi and the Aig du Goutier.

The dining room table has seating for four with two additional fold away chairs. There is a newly installed Ikea kitchen with fridge, hot plate, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The cupboards contain a good selection of kitchen implements.

At one end of the main living area there is a which can be converted into a sofa bed, TV with separate DVD player, CD / Radio that has a connection for a MP3 player.
